Ok my laptop is not taking a charge its pretty new. I just don't get it. and well its gay

leave it on unplugged until it dies. Remove the battery for about an hour and replace and then try to recharge it.

I work on both pc's and laptops and I can tell you that laptops are a pain in the ass to maintain.

Does it turn on? How do you know it's not taking a charge?
How in the blue hell is someone going to diagnose 'Ok my laptop is not taking a charge its pretty new. I just don't get it. and well its gay', hmm?
